• No additional fees.
• Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours of placing the order.
• Customers will receive a notification once the order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Please bring a valid ID and the order confirmation for verification.

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days).

• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Ground Shipping (6-10 Business Days)

• An economical option for non-urgent orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
